LEF Executive Director Meyer Speaks at Luncheon

On Thursday, September 5th, the Loudoun Education Foundation’s (LEF) Executive Director, Dawn Meyer, was the guest speaker for the Sterling Women’s Luncheon. Meyer spoke about her role in the foundation along with some of her relationship-building tips for those attending the networking event.

Meyer’s tips really resonated with the crowd – especially her thoughts on being a relationship builder instead of just a networker. One piece of her advice included: “Make sure you are not only sharing about work, but also about yourself, your interests and your family, and most importantly, be a good listener so you can make connections and find things you have in common.”
