The Christman Company is a billion-dollar commercial construction and real estate development enterprise. As only the sixth president of The Christman Company in its 125-year history, Steven was in charge of overall company operations at the executive level, including growth, development, design, operations, and improvement of all project delivery systems. His expertise lies in the management of multiple and complex projects and systems to ensure continuity of plan to execution. He focuses on leading-edge technologies and processes that deliver the highest possible value for each client’s investment.

Michael Perham, Ph.D.

Director, Innovations and External Relations HHMI

Dr. Michael Perham has led the department of Innovation Management at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Janelia Research Campus since the beginning of 2016, and has overseen community outreach and alliances since 2017.  He handles technology management, IP protection, and dissemination for Janelia in service of the Open Science initiative and drives engagement with Loudoun County through the Chamber of Commerce, relationships with LCPS, and other initiatives.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Nodal Exchange Holdings

Myshel Guillory is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Nodal Exchange Holdings, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Nodal Clear. Myshel has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, treasury management, financial planning, financial analysis and human resource management. She was the audit manager on engagements that included Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the American Heart Association.

Tracy Fitzsimmons, Ph.D.

President, Shenandoah University

Dr. Tracy Fitzsimmons became Shenandoah University’s 16th president on July 1, 2008.  She is the institution’s first female president since its founding in 1875. She came to Shenandoah in 2001 as dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, became vice president for Academic Affairs in 2002 and was named senior vice president in 2006.  She holds a faculty appointment as a Professor of Political Science. As president of Shenandoah University, she leads an institution of 3,800 students, 250 full-time faculty and 475 staff at its 129-acre main campus in Winchester, Va., and sites in Loudoun, Clarke and Fairfax counties.
