Scholarships for Graduating Seniors

The Foundation is pleased to award scholarships to qualified graduates from each of Loudoun County's public high schools.

Beginning in Academic Year 2004-2005, our scholarship awards are in the amount of $1,500. Applicants must attend a four-year college or university in order to qualify. This is a merit-only based scholarship, and preference is given to students with:
  • An interest in and excitement for learning. This does not require or imply that the student must have the highest grade point average.
  • A concern for and dedication to the betterment of humanity.
  • An interest in becoming a teacher and in returning to Loudoun County to teach.
One scholarship recipient will be chosen from each of Loudoun County's public high schools. Prior to July 1, each recipient will be required to provide evidence that he/she is enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning.
