Scholarships for Graduating Seniors The Foundation is pleased to award scholarships to qualified graduates from each of Loudoun County's public high schools. Beginning in Academic Year 2004-2005, our scholarship awards are in the amount of $1,500. Applicants must attend a four-year college or university in order to qualify. This is a merit-only based scholarship, and preference is given to students with:
